1. About HotelPulse

HotelPulse is a proprietary hospitality analytics and benchmarking platform designed to provide performance insights for hotels.

Access & Accounts

Access is provided only to authorized users

Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials

The client is responsible for all activity under their account

3. Software Usage

Use of HotelPulse is provided under a commercial subscription license. The software may only be used for internal business and analytical purposes.

4. Client Data Responsibility (Core USP)

Clients are solely responsible for entering and maintaining their own operational and performance data. This ensures:

Data accuracy and integrity
Transparency in benchmarking
Elimination of third-party data manipulation

HotelPulse does not verify or alter client-entered data.

5.Service Availability

HotelPulse aims for reliable availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.

6.Payments

Subscription fees are payable in advance as per agreed terms. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, content, dashboards, reports, and trademarks are the exclusive intellectual property of HotelPulse. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Termination

HotelPulse may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the platform.

9.Limitation of Liability

HotelPulse is not liable for decisions or outcomes based on analytical data generated by the platform.

10.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
